Appearance:  Freddy is an animatronic brown bear, he has a top hat and a black bowtie.
Personality:  As mentioned in the FNAF games (mostly FNAF 1 and FNAF 2) Freddy is friendly toward children and adults during the day. Although if he makes eye contact with an adult he'll usually just stare at them due to a glitch in his programing as he can see adults as naked endoskeletons which is against the rules at the pizzeria. At night he usually stays inactive but will attack once the power goes out in the player's office. On the later nights he'll leave the stage to attack from the right hand side of the office.

Backstory: Freddy Fazbear was one of the many characters at Freddy Fazbear's Pizza. Before he was a supporting character in the early days when the establishment was known as Fredbear's Family Diner. After several tragedies involving springlock failures in the Fredbear and Spring Bonnie suits (and the bite of 83 when a small child was stuffed into Fredbear's mouth and was crushed by Fredbear's jaws) He became the new face of the pizzeria when it was renamed Freddy Fazbear's Pizza. At first being just another animatronic, it was the Marionette that brought Freddy to life after the body of a young child was stuffed inside him. Freddy along with his friends Bonnie, Chica, and Foxy roam the pizzeria at night looking to take revenge on the man behind the slaughter. Before the animatronics could wander during the day, but when the bite of 87 went down the animatronics were allowed to roam at night.

Eventually Freddy Fazbear's Pizza was finally shut down after patrons noticed a foul smell like rotting flesh coming from the animatronics as well as unexplained ooze leaking from the characters' eyes. Before the final shutdown the animatronics went after Mike Schmit thinking him to be the purple guy. The animatronics also had a hand in killing Phone Guy (which Mike hears on Night 4 during the phone conversation).

Powers / Abilities:  As mentioned in FNAF 1 by the Phone Guy, Freddy seems to travel in the shadows. It's likely he can teleport in the same way Bonnie and Chica can teleport. His laughter or hearing the Toreador March playing can indicate where he's at. Although it looks as if it's permanently attached to his hand, Freddy can toss his mic like a projectile. Though this ability wasn't used on any night guards, it was used by his adventure counterpart in FNAF World.
Weapons:  his microphone doubles as a weapon if needed

Weaknesses:  in FNAF 2 Phone Guy alerts the player that the animatronics have a bug in their system. shining a light in their eyes will glitch their programing and cause them to reset and leave the office area. Also Freddy can be fooled by a Freddy mask worn by the night guard as a second way to ward Freddy off.

Sample Post:  It was near midnight at the pizzeria. Freddy was on stage as usual alongside Bonnie and Chica. Freddy's eyes opened as he looked around the darkened party room, he could see the hallways and pirate's cove. Freddy looked toward his right at Bonnie then toward his left at Chica before facing forward. He knew the purple guy was in the office and tonight might be the night they go after him. Freddy faced forward only to meet the familiar face of the Marionette. Freddy kept his gaze on the Marionette as it floated before him.

Freddy knew exactly what was going to happen, the night guard wouldn't stand a chance this night. Midnight soon hit as Freddy watched as Bonnie and Chica left the stage area. Freddy turned his head toward the security camera staring into it. He knew this would give the guard a fright. He turned his attention to see Foxy running down the hallway. Freddy waited till he heard a loud screeching sound followed by the scream of the night guard. "Sounds like Foxy got him. He should have learned the rules by now." Freddy got off the stage as he headed into the parts and services room, moments later the night guard was dragged in and eventually stuffed in a spare Freddy suit.
